How We Protect Personal Information

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All personal information you provide to us are stored on secure servers and protected through SSL encryption firewall. Member IDs are encrypted and stored in offline databank.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Retention of Your Data

When applicable we will delete part or all of your personal data from our main Customer Relationship Management System however, we may also archive part or all of your personal data or retain it on our financial systems even if your account is closed. We create Pseudonymised Data by taking identifying fields within a database and replacing them with artificial identifiers or ‘pseudonyms’.
